New Year’s Eve at Gościniec Konopielka is a party with a DJ, a feast of flavors and an unforgettable atmosphere!
The event will be hosted by our DJ, who will ensure a unique atmosphere
and music until dawn!
New Year's Eve Menu:
Soup:
- Old Polish żurek soup with egg and white sausage
Main Course served on platters:
- Oven-baked salmon
- Pork neck in hunter's sauce
- Stuffed turkey breast
- Pork chop
- Baked potatoes/Set of salads/cabbage
Dessert buffet:
- Homemade cakes: apple pies, cheesecakes, poppy seed cakes
- Fruit baskets
- Unlimited coffee, tea, drinks, juices and water
Appetizer buffet:
- Hams, lards, herrings, sausage rings, headcheese,
- Well smoked salmon, Baked loaf of bread,
- Mushrooms, pickles, marinades, blood sausages, sausages, hams,
- Roasted meats and various pates,
- Platters of smoked fish served on crisp lettuce,
- Pork loin pockets with horseradish mousse in cranberry galantine,
- Country ham rolls with egg paste,
- Zucchini roses with smoked salmon and dill cottage cheese,
- Traditional Vegetable Salad,
- Vegetable Vitamin Bowl in herb sauce,
- Eggs in mayonnaise and with mushrooms.
Second hot course:
- Pork tenderloin in gravy served with potato dumplings and beetroot

For our ball guests, we offer a special price for extending their stay – only PLN 130/person/night with breakfast (available from December 28, 2025).
