New Year's Eve Menu:
Soup:
- Cream of wild mushroom soup
Main course served on platters:
- Citrus-marinated salmon
- Pork tenderloin in peppercorn sauce
- Buttery chicken breast
- Potatoes, Salads
Dessert buffet:
- Homemade cakes: Apple cake, Cheesecake, Poppy seed cake, Brownie, Citrus fruitcake
- Fruit baskets
- Unlimited coffee, tea, beverages, juices, and water
Appetizers served at the table:
- Meat and charcuterie platters, pâtés, headcheese, cured pork neck
- Platters of smoked fish served on crisp lettuce
- Kashubian-style herring
- Chicken galantine with pistachios
- Zucchini rolls with smoked salmon

Second hot course:
- Pork loin in gravy with potato dumplings and beetroot

Special room rates:
For our ball guests, we offer a special rate for extending your stay
– just 130 PLN per person per night, including breakfast (available till January 3, 2027).
Please book by the end of November to take advantage of the discount. To make a reservation, we require your full name and phone number; an ID card number will be needed upon check-in.
