Short user manual:
- At the top of the page there is a section for selecting the date of stay, number of people and rooms. By default, the current date, one night stay, one person and one room is always selected. Pressing the Change button allows you to enter other parameters of your stay and search for matching offers - the Search offers button
- After selecting the type of room (e.g. Premium double), press the Show price list button, and after expanding the full offer, you can select the option and proceed to completing personal data and payment.
- Every guest who has already stayed at our hotel or guesthouse and left us his telephone number and email address has an account on our website. When logging in for the first time, when the system asks for a password, select the Forgot password option and a new code will be sent by e-mail to the address recorded in our system.
- In the case of business reservations, we recommend logging in with the details of the person who will be staying at the hotel. In the next steps, the system allows you to provide the details of the company to which the invoice will be issued
- The invoice for the stay will be available for personal collection on the day of check-out or can be sent by e-mail (after arrangement).
- After arrival, please report to the hotel reception, located in the Gościniec Konopielka restaurant, to complete the check-in formalities. In case of arrival after 9:00 p.m., please inform us in advance in order to prepare the room and remote access.
